Summary: The Sun magazine published my Readers Write submission in its April 2012 issue. The prompt for essays that month was: Best Feeling in the World. My piece stemmed from a free write exercise I did at the Sun’s summer 2011 retreat in Rowe, Mass.

I love The Sun, Linda. It is such a rare gem of a magazine. It must be very nice to see your name in print there!
Jennifer, I greatly admire the magazine. I wasn’t that familiar with it until last year. I went to the Sun’s weekend retreat in Rowe, MA, and loved it. Courtesy of my Readers Write publication, I get a free year’s subscription, to my delight. Now, of course, I have an even bigger writing goal: getting a full essay published in there. I haven’t submitted one yet. Next goal. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying reading the magazine. Linda
